Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging.

Unworn Condition

Unworn condition is strictly defined as:

• No scratches, scuffs, marks, dents, or abrasions on the case, crystal, bezel, bracelet, clasp, or caseback
• No sizing, adjustment, or strap changes
• No signs of wear beyond careful visual inspection

Any visible wear, handling marks, resizing, or adjustment constitutes acceptance of the item and voids eligibility for a return, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

Returns that fail inspection may be refused or partially refunded to reflect loss of resale value.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
