Dialed In Mods is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Seiko Epson Corporation, Seiko Watch Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

While we use genuine Seiko movements as the foundation for our watches, all modifications, enhancements, and customizations are performed independently by Dialed In Mods. The aftermarket components we use—including dials, hands, bezels, crystals, and other parts—are not manufactured or supplied by Seiko.

Modified Timepieces

All watches sold by Dialed In Mods are modified timepieces. By purchasing a modded watch from us, you acknowledge and understand that:

  • The watch has been modified from its original factory specification
  • Modifications void any original manufacturer warranty from Seiko
  • Our warranty covers our workmanship and assembly, not the original Seiko components
  • These are custom-built watches assembled by hand, not factory-produced timepieces

Strict Return Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing: We maintain a strict return policy to protect the resale value of our handcrafted watches.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery and require the watch to be in completely unworn condition, meaning:

  • No scratches, scuffs, marks, dents, or abrasions of any kind
  • No sizing, adjustment, or strap changes
  • No signs of wear beyond careful visual inspection
  • All original packaging must be included

Any visible wear, handling marks, resizing, or adjustment constitutes acceptance of the item and voids return eligibility. Returns that fail inspection may be refused or partially refunded to reflect loss of resale value.

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing product specifications, measurements, and photos before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

Water Resistance

While we pressure test our watches and specify water resistance ratings, modification can affect water resistance. We recommend treating all modded watches as splash-resistant only unless otherwise specified. Water damage resulting from submersion is not covered under warranty.

Accuracy & Performance

We use reliable Seiko automatic movements known for their accuracy and durability. However, mechanical watches can vary in timekeeping performance. Typical accuracy is -20 to +40 seconds per day, which is within normal specifications for automatic movements.
